some time at the Y

This morning I went back to the Y, I worked till 11pm so I did not make the water aerobics class I wanted to try since I didn't have to be at work till noon (which actually I got the day of because my client cancelled)  

So first thing first I signed up for activtrax and made an appointment with the personal trainer to do my strength and fitness assessment and to teach me how to actually use activtrax.
My appointment is Wednesday at 10am and I have the day off so that will be a good day.

Today I did 20 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5 mph, I only lasted 5 minutes on the elliptical after that, and then I swam laps for 40 minutes. According to my fitness pal I burned 919 calories
