back into the groove

only did 15 minutes of cardio today at the gym still feeling sick.
10 minute warm up on treadmill and 5 minute cool down on the elliptical..burned 178 calories

Strength exercises today included 8 machines
calf raises and 4 different style crunches was 35 minutes of resistance. so all together between crunches and strength and cardio my workout was about an hour long.


Today I found out that I got approved for the auto loan
 This badboy will be mine soon, just waiting on paperwork
















Told them at work no more nights it was wearing me out


here is to feeling better soon to I hope.
