working out

Its been helping me sleep and I have had more energy, Its good. Once I get there then I want to get at it. Yesterday I brought an Mp3 player and I think that motivated me even more.

this week I did

M- water aerobics

T- 20 mins of treadmill, did some leg exercises on the nautilus equipment, then a 10 min cool down on the bike

W- 20 mins on treadmill and then water aerobics

Th- 20 mins on bike, arm and ab exercises on the Nautilus, and a 15 min cool down on the treadmill

I would be doing water aerobics tonight but I have plans with a friend in another state

The Gym is addicting

Once you get your self there. Today I did one hour at the Gym. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then did some nautilus equipment.. mostly leg exercises. I know I need to start slow and work my way back to where I was at before. This may affect my weight in number but if I lose inches that is a plus. I am going to try and swim tomorrow afternoon if not the I will go to water aerobics at 6:30pm and thursday back to the Gym. Friday I am taking off. Maybe go again saturday or perhaps something else.
