I was planning on going to the YMCA early and do laps but when the alarm went off at 5 I shut it off and woke up instead at 7, but I did have a break and in coincided with lap swim time so I swam for half an hour and burned 455 calories.
I work for home health are which I think I have mentioned previously, anyways did housework for some of my clients and I sweated my but off in their 1000 degree houses because they don't use air conditioning, so I am sure I burned more calories. I ate 1276 calories today.
tomorrow I have a consult with WLS team, hoping I lose enough weight so that I do not have to do this but I am having a consult as my primary doctor suggested.
