This morning I was planning on swimming because I knew I would not have gym time this afternoon, set the alarm for 5:30 am and hit snooze a zillion times. Did.Not.Want.To.Get.Up. anyways at 6:30 I arose and decided today would be my new weigh in day. I stood on the scale and it said 313.0, I lost 2.4 since Sunday. Yay that makes me down 9 lbs now. I wanted to be 10 lbs down by the 21st for my nieces wedding so I am close, maybe I will lose a lb by sat but I don't care its all good!!
So the stats:
322 start
317.2 -4.8
316.4 -0.8
315.4 -1.0
313.0- 2.2 for a total of 9 lbs lost
Anyways back the topic of swimming I swam for 40 minutes and burned 669 calories, then worked 9-3:30 supposed to be 5 but my last client cancelled.

Then I bought a new car-seat for the new car for Ms Thing!
