doing good

This 1st week is going well I lost 6 lbs.

so giving up soda has worked well, I have been very tired lately though and I think I need to add a multivitamin to my regimen.

I will start posting pics again when I get back to my original weight loss.

So

Today I ate egg and cheese on a plain bagel for breakfast, totally should of had it on an english muffin or like a wheat bagel but its totally better than eating two corn muffins from Heavenly Donuts (kinda like dunkins but better in my opinion)

Probably the last of the beef stew for lunch and I need to figure whats for supper as I need to take the meat out now if I want it ready to cook for supper, so do I want steak or pork the other white meat? or chicken again, I could make chicken alfredo?   I think steak and a baked potato

... I know these aren't super healthy choices but its what I have in my house and its cooking at home and not ordering out, which next month should save me money, I am going on a trip to Arizona in May the trip is free but I still want to have some money and not be broke while there.  being a few pounds smaller or back at where I was before I started gaining again would be good.

There is the guy that says I am beautiful the way I am that has been distracting me from losing weight but just like i can't get thin for a man, I also can't stay unhealthily over weight for a man either.

I don't want to be super skinny, I want to be healthy and feel good in my own skin

Still Job Hunting

I had an interview last Thursday and now I am waiting on a call for the second interview.

My car keeps breaking down so I am so broke, I still owe some back money to the gym and can't go.

today I found an app on my phone to keep track of my points, this will make it so much easier.

my doctor put me on depo provera birth control and I seriously need to fight the effects gained some weight now that I am on it. I gained back 15lbs yuck.

I am concentrating on not drinking soda yet again and cooking at home instead of eating out so much, I made beef stew in the crock pot for supper yesterday and it was my lunch today, tonight its chicken and garlic herb noodles and peas
