Thursday Weigh in~ August 29 2012

Well I lost 0.8 this week, not quite a pound but that is okay I will take any loss. This week I only worked out twice because of my Plantar Fasciitis bothering my foot so much, which is not an excuse I should have swam at the Y on those days. but my total weight loss is now 20 pounds, maybe next week will bring me into the 200's and out of the 300's.
