Thursday Weigh In~ August 24, 2012

So I have been at this trying to lose weight for two months now as I started in earnest on June 24, 2012. I started to Journal what I eat on MyFitnessPal, also started up at the YMCA to exercise, in the beginning I did not last very long with cardio and now I can do a 55 minute Zumba class, I can walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath. So my goal was to try and lose 20 pounds by today, well I didn't quite hit 20, maybe because I haven't made it to the gym since Saturday. I have done some walking and some other activity but not like I do at the gym. But as of today I am down 19.2 pounds so I am not that far off my goal. My other small goal is to be out of the 300's and that is close.Maybe next week or the week after if I don't hit the dreaded plateau. I will make it to the gym today after work, that is a promise. This weeks loss was 1.4 as I said making the total 19.2
