Summer is almost over

Well made it through summer semester with a B in Eng comp 2 and C+ in intro to psych... Its over and the new semester starts September 9th.... Dylan starts his sophomore year on September 1st and Alexis starts preschool at little sprouts on August 31... if she gets accepted at the moody school program it will be when she turns 3 in November... I cannot believe she is almost 3 years old...

My Mom hasn't been doing the best lately she has been in the hospital/rehab for three weeks now...she has kidney failure which is getting better but she also now found out she has a leaky heart valve which isn't the best and since she has been in the hospital she has been put on oxygen.


I myself had an appt today... they told me my hormones may be out of whack and maybe a reason for my weight issues..i see the endocrinologist on September 11

A Busy Summer

Going to summer semester at college as been kicking my but and eating up all my time. But alas it is almost through. I only have the finals left now..sigh.. school starts back up September 9 but four classes during a regular semester is easier than 2 classes in the summer. so anyways I have 3 classes and a practicum which is twelve hours a week. So I get to work for free, that's always fun.

I have also went to the DR and they are sending me to an endocrinologist on Sept 11

Alexis is going to have another MRI on Wednesday just to confirm PVL and make sure it is not progressive. we are also on the list for her to see a metabolism specialist because she has high levels of pyruvate and lactate levels

Dylan is just being Dylan, I could not get him into a summer program so he has just been hanging around.

Alexis pooped on the potty today for the first time yay!!!!

time to stock up on panties and dresses to make it easier for her when we start in ernest to potty train.. i want to get a reward chart or such..some form of reward system..i think stickers..maybe little stickers for pee and bigger ones for poopoo

Dylan is finished with the school year..next year he will be a sophomore
I hope things get better for him reguarding school and adolesence

I am a week into my classes. i got an 80 on my psych quiz

and i got some insight from the teacher as to how to do my english assignments better.


Well here is to another 7 weeks of summer classes

English Comp 2 bites

not even a week into it and I totally hate it...i hope it gets better i need to at least pass the class i think a C or better... though a C would mar my 2 A's 2 B+'s 3 B's and 1 B-... I like the online intro to psych class I got an 80 on my 1st quiz..not sure what the grade for the discussion board will be I am not sure I did it quite right.. oh well it was the 1st one and at least i made an effort

Summer semester is here

had my orientation for my intro to psych online class... tomorrow i start my Eng Comp 2 class
Hopefully i will make it through the summer courses alright as they are the same amout of work in a shorter time frame

if not for bad luck i would have none

van has to many problems to count, the van has been out of commision for 6 days.. it was $80 to fix the power steering pump.. and to reapair the seal on the tranny $250..... turns out it wasn't the seal but the ring and pin and thats 100... there is a cut in the cover that will cost probably $60 + the heliarc(sp?) weld.... so $590 so far... just lovely
