My mother has been an Angel in Heaven for two years today. I miss her still everyday but she will forever live in my heart, she inspired me in life and she continues to do so still. She taught me to be strong.

I have a psych appointment tomorrow at the clinic at 11am
I need to lose 8lbs to get to 5% lost of my body weight and to be elegible for the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy
I just made a You Tube to keep track of my journey the channel is the same at this Trying to find a new me
I also created a facebook Trying to find a new me for weight loss surgery support
