well lets catch up

well i did go back to weight watchers again and since have lost 8.4 according to there scales i have gained like 15 yuck.. but its going again yay! my cousin ferolyn and i joined together we're also joining the YMCA we filled out financial forms and are waiting for aproval. we did use guest passes monday and frinday and worked out and swam some laps... last night we took the kids trick or treating and walked for 2 hrs so that was good.

i can't believe my 1st semester at school is half way through, i think i am doing ok.

Alexis will be 2 in 22 days celebrating on the 16th though its a sunday

dylan racked up my comcast bill by $250 not to thrilled with that one

plateau

I have been on a plateau with my weightloss for so long now that i am going back to weight watchers meetings starting tomorrow.. i need to shift something..


as for school I got a 95 on my geography quiz yee haw... i got a 93 on my music homework so thats good... I finished my object paper now i need to do a person who influenced me. that one is proving tricky

Well another day of school. todays classes are computers and writing. I finished my revision on my object paper. I turn it in thursday. I think its good but i guess i have to see what the teacher thinks. the next paper is about a person who has influenced me. i picked my sister debbie. I have started the pre writing. I need to think of 3 memories. then i need to start a rought draft. Tomorrow i should find out how my history test went.

College

Well today was my9th day of college, I actually like school.. I hated school as a kid. For basic writing i had to write about a memorable object. So i am writing about my spiderman doll.. actually i wrote it but i went to the writing center and i need to add a bit more, they told me i started really well. We also have to journal i am going to find out if i can print blogs for journaling. so anyways i flunked my 1st geography quiz but this week i made flash cards i think i did good on todays... I got a 60 on my music quiz but that at least is a passing grade even if bad... as for computers if i don't get A+++++ in that i am slapping myself...


As for Dylan he has started highschool and i think things are going ok as his teacher hasn't called me since the 1st week

And for Alexis since starting little sprouts she has taken off in the walking department, i cannot believe just 5 or 6 weeks ago she wasn't walking at all... she has her early intervention re eval thur sept 18th... then we go to boston again fr genetics

ready set learn....

well i am all registered for classes, basic writing, computers for beginers,intro to music and intro to geography.... so 4 classes 12 credits.. guess what i don't need math towards human services yay!!!
in the fall after i do my required course which is basic writing..the next semester i am to try and get into the human service... when i get my associates i can get a license to be a social worker.. there are other jobs i can do with an associates in human service.. Well Alexis will be attending littlesprouts enrichment center which is on the campus so that is conveniant i am also trying to work pt as well so far i think it will be at mcdz..they are pretty flexable so when my school schedule changes they should be able to accomidate... its only for 2 yrs then i will have a career hopefully... i am thinking about doing home health aide to maybe...

As for Dylan I am going to an appeal for him on july 30 at 9:30 still trying to get him into whittier vo tech

soon to be a 30 year old in college

Yesterday I finally had the spare $25 for the college application fee. I had already filled out the financial aid application.. this morning i took the assesment test... in ten days i have to call the student center to register for classes they have people to help me do this thank goodness.. i have to wait 10 days for the results of my testing... they need an i don't know answer button they don't have and you have to guess well i am hoping i guessed wrong because i don't want them to think i know more than i do in math... i suck in math... anyways i picked human services.. though you have to be approved into the program so its general studies to work towards it till accepted... i am excited and nervous about starting... i definatly will need to do school shopping for me as well as Dylan i do not want to look like a yucky dressed mom lol

WOW I haven't been on here for a while

Well I have pretty much at a plateau with weightloss for the last few months. but there has been alot going on. the building i lived in got forclosed i got a 30 days notice and had to find a new place and be out by june 1.. I was ... I found a new place its bigger and better and it doesn't rain inside lol... I like it... Alexis can play on the floor here cause its all carpet.... Hmmm what else Dylan graduated 8th Grade YAY!!! Hoping he'll go to whittier vo tech but we don't know yet..Keep fingers crossed... Last week i went out to a concert to see Dierks Bentley it was good time and saturday I went to the Henhouse to see this local Guy Tim Cannon play.. i got ditched and ended going alone but it was cool.... i can't believe its almost July... Alexis is seeing a nuerologist on July 8th as she is still not walking but the doctors aren't to concerned just think she is taking her time she is 19 mos i cannot believe in 5 short months she'll be 2.. or that Dylan is going to highschool how weird is that...
