I got on the scale today..day after Thanksgiving and....

It said 301...I was wearing heavier clothes than I normally weigh in on too... I am so happy at how I am doing and I hope it keeps up.. Maybe it being off birth control for almost 3 months? I don't know something is working for me to be down another 6 lbs...that is 17 lbs gone from the 318 at the dietition.. well Dec 30 I will see what her scale says..
