The Gym is addicting

Once you get your self there. Today I did one hour at the Gym. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then did some nautilus equipment.. mostly leg exercises. I know I need to start slow and work my way back to where I was at before. This may affect my weight in number but if I lose inches that is a plus. I am going to try and swim tomorrow afternoon if not the I will go to water aerobics at 6:30pm and thursday back to the Gym. Friday I am taking off. Maybe go again saturday or perhaps something else.
