more bumps on the road

so anyways had a stressfull few days but i have a support and people to talk to so i know its all going to be ok.. Rob and I are done, I cannot keep being a gamepiece in is games it hurts way to much.. i weighed this morning and it said 255.6 so i am staying on track with that
